Welcome to the Friends Edge (Friends Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. / Friends Steel) website. By accessing our site and requesting our fabrication and CNC services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Service Specifications
Friends Edge provides CNC fiber laser cutting, press brake bending, roll forming, and steel fabrication services. All services are performed based on the specific requirements, measurements, and technical drawings provided by the customer.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all technical drawings (such as .dxf, .dwg files) or design details submitted are accurate and free from errors. Friends Edge is not liable for fabrication defects resulting from incorrect client specifications.
You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and submit any designs or intellectual property uploaded to our site for fabrication.
3. Quotes and Payment Terms
All quotes provided by our estimators are based on raw material costs, tooling requirements, and labor estimates. Quotes are valid for the timeframe specified in the formal quotation document. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, will be negotiated and detailed in writing prior to starting production.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, Friends Edge retains the rights to our proprietary machinery configurations and tools, while customers retain complete ownership and intellectual property rights over their submitted custom designs and CAD models.
5. Limitation of Liability
Friends Edge shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including delays in assembly or construction schedules, arising from material supply changes beyond our reasonable control.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the competent courts of Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
